Acquiring new accounts in the region and maintaining healthy relations with existing Modern Trade
Product Listing in all Local & Regional in Modern Trade
Responsible for achieving Primary, Secondary & Territory Sales & collection of outstanding for all
accounts in the region
Prepare roadmap independently to exceed primary and secondary sales targets through sales team
month on month.
Managing product assortment & planning for each account, store and ensure good store level product
Maintaining relationship with the stores managers
Key Account Management for all the above sales categories including Big Retail gaints like Future
Group, Hypercity which are equivalent to the Walmarts, Tesco etc.
Meeting volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy
parameters through efficient control of the channel and staff
Analyzing market trends, pricing and competitor's movement & maintaining Sales performance.
Making pitches, conducting events and presentations for generating sales.
Developing Strong relationship with Key customers & Trade Partners.
Preparing indent & ensuring availability of material with coordination with Commercial & Logistic
